Cancellation Policy
1. Once payment is made towards service charges, consultation fees, or advance processing fees, the service cannot be cancelled after initiation of documentation, verification, or lender coordination.
2. Cancellation requests may be considered only if raised before the service process has started.
3. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official email or WhatsApp.
4. Bhartiya Loan Capital reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests depending on the stage of service delivery.

Refund Policy
1. All service-related payments are non-refundable, including advance fees, consultation fees, and facilitation charges.
2. Refunds shall not be applicable in cases including but not limited to:
Loan rejection by Bank/NBFC
Loan amount approved lower than expected
Customer’s failure to meet lender eligibility
Customer withdrawal after service initiation
Delays or denials due to lender policies
3. Loan approval, interest rate, tenure, and disbursement depend solely on the lender. Bhartiya Loan Capital is not responsible for lender decisions.
4. If a refund is exceptionally approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
